Strength Yoga

Strength Yoga was created by Melissa Pasinios, with the belief that the incredible physical & mental benefits of yoga should be accessible to by all. With a down-to-earth & friendly approach, everyone is offered a warm welcome to our classes & retreats.

At Strength Yoga we really value you as an individual, whether in a group class or 1-2-1 lesson. We keep our classes in smaller groups so that our focus can be with you, with individual attention & assists. We want to help you get the benefits from yoga that you need, so we will take into account your particular needs, issues and goals.

At Strength Yoga, we offer Group Classes or fully bespoke Private or Corporate Sessions that can be perfectly tailored to suit your individual requirements.

The core practice of Strength Yoga – Power Yoga is an invigorating, full body workout, yet accessible as we teach a technically straightforward practice. Aerial Suspension Yoga also available – Build Strength, Flexibility & Balance (and have great fun in the process!!)

Deep Stretch – Mobility Training:

A highly effective supplementary practice for active men & women looking to improve functional joint mobility & increase flexibility. A results driven practice to enhance performance in all sporting & fitness disciplines, Deep Stretch can also promote less athletic injuries, reduce joint pain and even improve circulation & sleep.

Bespoke private or corporate sessions can be perfectly tailored to suit your individual requirements.

 Find Stillness & Calm. With Yin Yoga, Meditation & Breathwork:

A gentle and nourishing practice, Yin Yoga is easily accessible by all & helps with flexibility & joint mobility, can reduce stress & anxiety, increase circulation & help us to sleep. Simple poses are held for longer, targeting the deep connective tissues, ligaments & joints. If practiced regularly, Yin Yoga can help with joint & back pain and help rehabilitate from old injuries.

Our Yin Yoga is accompanied by Meditation & Breathwork to focus the mind, find relaxation, reflection, self awareness and take a well deserved break away from our busy minds.

Breathwork can be a powerful tool to keeping calm & balanced in our often hectic lives. We also offer Breathwork coaching on a 1-2-1 basis.
