If cancelled from our end, for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel with more than 5 days notice, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel with less than 5 days notice, you will receive a 50% refund, (or option to pass your ticket onto someone else).
If you cancel with less than 12 hours notice, sorry no refund, (but option to pass your ticket onto someone else).
